陈威铭是一位新加坡建筑师兼艺术家，自幼研习水墨画。他以建筑与现代主义的视角重新诠释传统水墨，将新加坡城市景观的形态与节奏凝练为富有层次与表现力的画面。作为陈之初博士美术奖2011（优秀奖），以及新加坡国立大学建筑系—李光耀金牌奖得主，他持续在跨领域的实践中拓展自己的视觉语言。 

Tan Wei Ming is a Singaporean architect and artist whose work is rooted in Chinese ink painting, a medium he has explored since childhood. His works reimagine traditional ink through the lens of architecture and modernism, distilling the forms and rhythms of Singapore’s urban landscape into layered, expressive compositions. A recipient of the Dr. Tan Tsze Chor Art Award (Distinction) in 2011, and the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal in his NUS Architecture graduate degree, he continues to expand his visual vocabulary across disciplines.
